aes() is a piece of garbage. I have absolutely no idea what it is for. It
calls aes_encrypt() only once, despite using the digest interface.
ip/esp.c seems to be the only thing that uses it indirectly. Someone
fix its problems and give it a less idiotic name, or delete it altogether.
