Hi. i have a x230 which have two USB 3.0 and one 2.0 port,
I've noticed two issues while running 9front on it:
1) If in BIOS, USB 3.0 mode is set to "Enabled", 386 kernel ends up not detecting neither of those two USB 3.0, no matter what is connected.
this works fine in amd64 kernel.
2) USB ports tend to be much slower in "Auto" mode, even for USB 2.0/USB 1.0 devices.
this happens on both amd64 and 386, a workaround is to set USB 3.0 mode "Enabled", however i don't see how it is related to USB 3.0 as it.
can anyone reproduce these bugs?

check your sysinfo
maybe it can't attach the xhci controller

Intel Corporation 7 Series/C210 Series Chipset Family USB xHCI Host Controller
