Nvm, I see myself in /n/lists now.
Is it normal for /mnt/acpi/battery on an X301 to be a blank file btw?
I get a screen's worth of EC wait timeout starting aux/acpi if that's
related. (Same battery in the same system works on Linux.)

There are several ways to read battery status in general, whichever the one Linux is using I don't really know, but it's possible x301 could have an acpi bug, or 9front's acpi/ec logic (as it is) just isn't enough.

acpi is unique on every machine. we couldn't read any batteries at all via acpi when I had an x301, so I have no idea if it should work now. make sure you have *acpi= in plan9.ini.
