Why don't the bcm, bcm64, imx8, kw, and omap kernels call
preempted at the end of non-clock interrupts? The ppc also
doesn't but that's just because the code wasn't kept in sync
with sources after 2011.

Ok, i tested it on the raspberry pi's and the reform and
everything seemed to work fine with the change.
