since we now changed /rc/bin/service defaults to stop listening on most
ports, systems that currently rely on this will break on sysupdate.
if you want services other than 17019 and 17020 to be enabled the
recommended procedure is
; mkdir -p /cfg/$sysname/service
; dircp /rc/bin/service /cfg/$sysname/service
(replace $sysname with default if you want it to apply to all hosts)
then update /cfg/$sysname/service appropriately and reboot.
