[Caml-list] A small request regarding package announcements

Hello,

I try to include every announcement of new or updated packages in the
OCaml Weekly News. For package updates, it would be most useful if the
message included a short summary of what the package does, ideally with
a link to its home page, so that the announcement be self contained.

Yes!  Yes!  I've been reading this list for years, and package 
announcements that just contain a creative package name and a version 
number tells me nothing useful.
