This is just to advertise that Steve's very fine paper
on 2-categories (for the working mathematician) has
been published by the IMA in a much delayed book
``Towards higher categories''. The book also has papers
by John Baez and Michael Shulman, Julie Bergner,
Simona Paoli, and Lawrence Breen, and a nice historical
account of Australian category theory by Ross Street.
The book is dedicated to Max Kelly.
