Hmmm ... you mean just *any* linear transformation is
allowed between two Hilbert spaces? Isn't the category
of f.d. Hilbert spaces a subcategory of the category of
Banach spaces (with linear maps of bound ≤ 1)?
If so, I'm not so sure my Hilbert spaces are the same as yours :-) .
