great pleasure to announce newly elected members of the TAC Editorial

With regret, the Editors also announce that the following TAC Editors are
retiring after many years of distinguished service to the journal:

They have each made a very large contribution to the success of TAC. We
sincerely thank Ronnie, Martin, and Walter and wish them a happy and
well-earned retirement from TAC editorial duties, and much success in
future endeavours.
