The following, under 0.31 and XEmacs 19.13
(gnus-add-configuration
'(article
(frame 1.0
(vertical 1.0
(group 7)
(summary .25 point)
(article 1.0))
(vertical ((height . 25) (width . 80)
(user-position . t)
(left . 1) (top . 1))
(picons 5)
(tree 1.0)
))))
procedes to do the right thing for the first read article. After
that, the second article splits in 3 instead of 2. The top two
buffers are the picons buffer, and the last is the tree buffer.
Reading yet another article then produces 4, the top 3 being picons.
Anyone else have a similar experience? (Or even trying this at all?)
