I've fiddled some more with the manual, and the new version can be
found at that URL I mentioned yesterday. (Or from the ding page.)
I've brutally plagiarized the page header from the LaTeX manual by
Lamport, because it was, like, *there*. Looks much better with that
line over the page. It should probably be longer, though.
Perhaps I should put tiny gnu heads in the margin outside all the
important items?
