I believe that this bug has always been there, but that the native version 
mistakenly got build with debug on for rc3. I promise this won't be the 
case for the real release.

Latest CVS gnus kills XEmacs on MS Windows

Hey all

After I updated my Oort Gnus today, XEmacs crashes every time I try to
start Gnus.

Xemacs 21.4.6 RC 3 gives the following output: Fatal error: assertion
failed, file f:\xemacs\xemacs-21.4\nt\..\src\event-msw.c, line 1519,
(!badl y_p && active == WAIT_TIMEOUT) || (active >= WAIT_OBJECT_0 &&
active <= WAIT_OBJECT_0 + mswindows_ waitable_count)
