When I start up gnus from a buffer with a working directory that
happens to be non-writable by me, inline graphical attachments I can
normally see cannot be seen. I think that gnus tries to generate some
temporary files in the current working directory. When I restarted
gnus from a writable directory, I was able to see the attachment just
fine.
Regards,
Hamish.
