I regularly receive email that is sent to about 15 addresses listed in the
'To' header. Recently (since upgrading to 5.10.1?) the 'To' header is
truncated and lists only the first few addresses. Is this a bug or a
feature?

That sounds like a bug. Does it only happen with the To header?
