The function gnus-agent-summary-fetch-group iterates over
gnus-newsgroup-downloadable, but the function
gnus-agent-fetch-group-1 iterates over the result of
gnus-agent-fetch-headers.
For me, gnus-newsgroup-downloadable is almost always nil. So
gnus-agent-summary-fetch-group does nothing.
I feel that something is wrong here. How about rewriting
gnus-agent-summary-fetch-group so that it does some preliminary setup
and then calls gnus-agent-fetch-group-1?
