Somebody said, and I think he's right, that it doesn't work right to
have nnimap groups in the "default" Agent category. So I created an
"imap" category and put my nnimap groups there. That seems to work.

But the workaround is undesirable.

Can others verify that nnimap groups aren't downloaded by the Agent
when they are in the default category? If I'm not seeing white mice¹,
then it seems to be a bug, and it would be useful to fix it. But I
have no idea where to start looking...

Note that I have only these two categories, and both have the
predicate true, so it *should* not make a difference which category a
group is in...

kai

¹ Wonder what's the idiom for this in English...

Why doesn't nnimap work in the default agent category? Was it that J
u doesn't work? If so, I can't reproduce it. I only have the default
agent category set to `true' and J u works for me.

Yes, J u doesn't work. Here is what I tried:

- Send myself a "test agent" mail. Wait. Hit `g'. The nnimap:INBOX
line shows that the mail has arrived.

- Hit J u on nnimap:INBOX. Unplug. Enter group. See this:

\----

Note that this is a message I've previously downloaded, and my own
  test message is missing.

- Exit group. Plug. Enter group again. See this:

The test message is still gone.

- Exit group. Enter group again with `11 ='. See this:

Here is my "test agent" message, and it's been marked as read even
though I never even saw it.

Just before starting my experiments, I set imap-log, and here is the
buffer (slightly censored). Maybe you can see something in it.

Someone = me.

Having more verification would definitely be a good thing.
