There should be some way from within, say Emacs/W3, when someone does an
<img src="cid:blahblah"> for me to get at it. We should really have some
sort of a 'standard' function that can be used by the various MIME agents
out there. Something like (mime-message-fetch-content-id "blahblah") or
something like that.
