Hello world,

I don’t know where message-valid-fqdn-regexp is maintained, but I thought
someone here probably would. I’m not sure it’s worth trying to keep it up
to date, but if someone thinks it is, “.wales” and “.cymru” are missing.

It isn't! It's been removed in Emacs 26, precisely because it suddenly
became a PITA to maintain. Feel free to append to it, until you update
to 26.
