Hello

Emacs' Gnus and org-mode can (very well) handle receiving, accepting
(sending responses) and managing updates to meeting requests.

But, as far as I can tell, there is no way to /create/ such meeting
requests, or is there?

I'd appreciate hints, before I get lost in the woods further: I'm
currently poring over gnus-icalendar.el, the past days checked out
calendar servers such as Sogo, Kolab and Cyrus. I doubt those services
are needed for a single person set-up.

I believe you are correct; at least, I've not found a way to do this. I
would welcome such a feature.
