I'd like for my Group buffer to be arranged by sources, with all the
email in one section, news in another, etc. Something like this:

[nnml]
       1: nnml:misc
       0: nnml:CDIN
*      0: nnml:admin
*      0: nnml:unsorted.pre-2009-11
       0: nnml:alt-POCs
       0: nnml:Mentor bugs
[gmane]
   13590: gmane.emacs.gnus.user(m)
   65588:*gmane.emacs.gnus.general(m)
   148154: gmane.comp.java.ide.netbeans.user(m)
   43868: gmane.comp.lang.erlang.general(m)
     534: gmane.comp.lang.erlang.distel.devel(m)
     785: gmane.comp.hardware.fpga.hdl-fpga(m)
   22309: gmane.comp.python.sqlalchemy.user(m)
   16548: gmane.comp.python.apple(m)
[etc]
      10: nndoc+gnus-help:gnus-help

Is something like this possible? Can someone point me to the
documentation for it?

tia,
Eric

What wrong with Group Topics? (info "(gnus)Group Topics")
