Thanks.  Here are some other small ones I've found after looking
today:

  wm name         tar.gz size
-----------------------------
  wm2             32807
  heliwm          19785
  flwm            61000
  aewm            29811
  larswm          61257
  w9wm            25000

Which ones have good mouseless operation?  (larswm seems to have
this, but it isn't soo small.)
