C-c C-a runs the command mml-attach-file, which is an interactive
compiled Lisp function in `mml.el'.

OK, but here and in Info say the best way to attach several files too, not
only just one.

gnus-version "Gnus v5.13". Sorry for repeating this bug report.

Indeed the best way may be: attach one file, then just copy and alter
the MML (info "(emacs-mime) Simple MML Example")
to include the other files.

I use `gnus-dired-mode'. Then you can mark all files to include in
dired and then do `gnus-dired-attach' which will attach all of them to
an existing mail buffer.

,----[ C-h f gnus-dired-attach RET ]
| gnus-dired-attach is an interactive compiled Lisp function in `gnus-dired.el'.
|
| (gnus-dired-attach FILES-TO-ATTACH)
|
| Attach dired's marked files to a gnus message composition.
| If called non-interactively, FILES-TO-ATTACH should be a list of
| filenames.

Tassilo

I see. So all places that say how to attach one file, e.g.,
mml-attach-file docs, should mention gnus-dired-mode as the way to
attach several files!

Run `C-c C-a' several times?

The Emacs-MIME manual is more of a reference manual, and not a user
manual...
