Tooltips stopped working?

Tooltips have stopped working for me, when I, say, read the xkcd-group
on gwene.

This is with GNU Emacs 24.0.50.1 (x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version
2.20.1) of 2010-10-24 on elegiac, modified by Debian, and No Gnus just
updated now from the git-repository.

I have mm-text-html-renderer set to the default value (shr).

Maybe I have misconfigured something (else)?

I'm not really sure what tooltips are.  :-)  What's missing when you do
what?

shr doesn't seem to display the `title' img attribute text on mouse
hover, so there. (It made me reset `mm-text-html-renderer' to
`gnus-w3m', too.) ;-)

Thanks for the translation, and the implementation.

I guess it was in gnus-html it worked (I distinctly remember someone
writing somthing along the lines of "Now I can read all of xkcd" at one
point.)
