When I used the lines containing the bogus quotes, gnus was slow when
getting mail with 'g'. Without the quotes, it is as fast as before.
Then, I expected Gnus to check for local mail waiting for both
nnfolder _and_ nnml groups, when pressing 'g'. Instead, it seemed to
get mail for nnml groups only. Mails available for the nnfolder
backend were recognized only _directly after Gnus' invocation_, when
the Group buffer first comes up, not when pressing 'g' later.
