Yes, that's correct.  The goal is to make it easy for users to submit data
to ORDB (or other similar services) without getting out of Gnus, or even
leaving the current article:

  1) User sees a SPAM
  2) User presses M-x spam-ordb
  3) User goes on to read the rest of their mail
