Hello.

I have

(setq gnus-visible-headers
    '("^From:" "^To:" "^Cc:" "^Date:" "^Subject:" "^Newsgroups:"
      "^Gnus-Warning:" "^Followup-To:" "^Reply-To:" "^Organization:"
      "^Summary:" "^Keywords:" "^Posted-To:" "^Mail-Copies-To:"
      "^Apparently-To:" "^Resent-From:" "X-Sent:"
      "^X-Debian-PR-Message:" "^X-Debian-PR-Package:"))

in my ~/.gnus.el even I do not have Newsgroups: field displayed when I
read news. Is it a feature?

Hm. Guess #1: look at the gnus-boring-article-headers variable. Does it
contain newsgroups?
