Subject: Reading from news server A and post/follwoing to news server B
Date: 09 Sep 1997 20:25:09 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <87wwkqp9wq.fsf@sourcebase.linux.pt> (raw)
Hi all!
I have a little problem... The news server of my organization is badly
configured (and I can't get them to fix it...) in a way I simply cannot get my
posts outside, i.e., they get to our news server but do not get propagated...
So, what I'm asking is:
Does anyone can help me configure Gnus to continue to read news locally and
when I need to post (or follow up) to do it to another server...
BTW, does anyone know of news server who accept posts from the outside ? Those
I tried denied me access...
I heard that nic.funet.fi would allow outside access.
Thanks in advance,
Nelson.
