gnus-body-boundary-delimiter

I added gnus-body-boundary-delimiter to make the recently added body
delimiter customizable, maybe "_" (understrike) should be the default
rather than "-"?  It looks better on my display..  (Maybe it should be
a pixmap to make it independent of different fonts?)

I think both '-' and '_' would be pretty ugly.  Perhaps it should be
something similar to 'message-header-separator'? "--Message follows
this line--" defaulting to a colour that stands out.

I've now changed it to understrike, which was what I meant to use, but
apparently fumbled.  :-)

I set gnus-body-boundary-delimiter to " " because I like the old blank
line treatment.  Now I have two blank lines.  Should the blank line
after the delimiter be removed?

Just set `gnus-treat-body-boundary' to nil.
