receipt.xpm is missing

The code in message-tool-bar-map adds a button for
`message-insert-disposition-notification-to'. 

But the icon, "receipt.xpm", is missing from etc/gnus.

Hm...  Is it part of the X/Emacs distribution(s), perhaps?  I don't
seem to have that file on this machine at all.

I have one, but looking at I understand why it was never added.  Maybe
we can steal a 32x32 pixel icon of a receipt from one of the free
MUAs?  Or design a new one...

I vaguely remember a discussion about this icon. Someone wanted the
functionality added to the toolbar. I think I was going to do an icon
but never got around to it.

What does the receipt icon represent? Can you send me the unusable
32x32 to use as reference?

The receipt icon should represent adding a header that might make the
recipient (or the recipient's MUA, or MTA or something) send a receipt
when she receives the message, or reads it or something like that.
Like requesting a confirmation, only it isn't guaranteed to work.  I
wonder what other MUAs use.  An abstract icon with balloon help text
might be a good solution (such as the important/unimportant icons,
which look the same as in some other MUAs).

Btw, when I run Gnus in XEmacs the message mode toolbar only contains
the spell and help icons, is this what is intended?

I think the XEmacs toolbar is set up differently -- with
`message-xmas-setup-toolbar' in messagexmas.el.  

It seems that `message-toolbar' controls what gets included in XEmacs
rather than `message-tool-bar-map'.

It has too many colours (24 is "too many", try dropping it down to 5
or 6 and try to use the colours already used in the other icons).

30 colours, actually!

Yeah, that's what I thought I was doing.  The envelope part is just
'mail.xpm' and the magnifying glass is from 'search.xpm' (both of them
are already on the tool-bar).

But The Gimp must have been playing some tricks behind my back adding
more colours than were in the original icons.

Yup.  I also added a black and white version.
