Switching 5.5 -> 5.8: remaining questions

Hello,

    reading Mail with Imap works now (thanks to Simon Josefsson). Remaining
    questions are:

     o Imap: Each time I (g)et new messages I'm asked for the password,
       though I allways say yes to "Store password for this session?"

       I'm now reading IMAP using mail-sources and storing them in the nnml
       backend. The :password entry is not set in mail-sources.

     o Group Levels: When using a prefix for selecting only one level
       gnus-group-get-new-news gnus contacts all methods.

    Any hints? Peter

The imap mail-source create a new session each time it fetches new
mail, so it doesn't reuse the password. The mail-source package has
it's own password-handling stuff (wow, the third or fourth, just in
Gnus? :-)) which should be used. It's on the todo-list.
