I added functionality to message.el to request RFC 2298 disposition
notifications, but it lacks an icon for the toolbar. Maybe the icon
should contain a receipt? Anyway, please draw one (24x24, I think)
and commit it to etc/gnus/receipt.xpm. :-)

I just tried Pine and Netscape (4.78) and Mozilla (0.9 < x < 1.0) but
none did anything about the MDN. I've added the MDN header to this
message, can anyone try other mail readers and send me a notification?

I guess Exchange/Outlook supports notifications, does anyone know what
mechanism they are using? RFC2298/MDN? Return-Receipt? Something
Completely Different?
