200 news.vmware.com InterNetNews NNRP server INN 1.7.2 08-Dec-1997 ready (posting ok).
I use Gnus for my mail. when I first start Gnus (typically by saying
emacs -f gnus
), nnml:inbox (the main mail reposityry) is never shown in the Group
summary buffer. even if there is new unread mail. only after selecting
it (
j RET nnml:inbox RET ESC g
) will that mailbox be updated. on subsequent updates (g) normal,
excpected behavior occurs.
