problem with pgnus-0.15 upwards ..

problem with pgnus-0.15 upwards ..

pgnus now refuses to open any of my groups, complaining with 

Invalid coding system: iso-8859-1

I suspect this is because of a strange emacs as I don't really
understand this mule/emacs thing (ie which version has what etc.)

emacs --version gives
