I'm running under XEmacs 21.4.3 under RedHat Linux 7.1.  In recent
Oort releases, the x-faces have disappeared for me, as well.  Which
"not so standard Unix tool" do I need to install to re-enable my
ability to view the x-faces under Gnus?
