Starting gnus the other day i thought the splash screen looked kind of boring.
This isn't a patch since i'm not sure how you would want to integrate this
into the existing splash code, but it should be easy enough.

Wow!  I'm amazed!  I didn't know you could display pictures in buffers
under Emacs.  Very inventive use of `set-face-stipple', I must say.

This goes into Quassia Gnus, I think.
