Quassia Gnus v0.11 is released

Bug fixes and new stuff.

Get it from <URL:http://www.gnus.org/qgnus.tar.gz> or

I don't see this on the ftp site and the www server is unreachable.

Oh, ok.  :-)

The reason that things have been kinda, uh, not very solid in the ftp
department is that the ftp server was really, really down for a
while.  It's been up for a while, but the machine I run the release
off of didn't mount the directory until today or something.

The next release should go ok automatically.
