emacs-20.2 + qgnus-0.22: requires explicit (require 'cl) in .emacs ?

Hello,

I get an error (backtrace follows) if I try e.g. to compose a new mail
or enter a newsgroup unless I specify (require 'cl) in my .emacs file.
I was told that it was a bug of emacs-20.1, but after upgrading to
20.2 this did not change.

Also, is anyone using gnus-mime-0.27.1 or later (with apel-7.1,
mel-6.11, semi-0.118) with qgnus?
