When the `g' command is issued, Gnus incorporates all the spool files
that procmail, etc., have left in my nnmail-procmail-directory. Is
there a way to guarantee order of incorporation of these spool files?
In particular, I want to guarantee that my +inbox group is
incorporated last [*]. Right now I have the +inbox group listed at the
top of the top-level topic `Gnus' and Gnus mostly does The Right Thing.

[*] I sort mailing list stuff by envelope, and the message-ids
rarely, if ever, get changed. If there happens to be someone who has
disregarded Mail-Copies-To:, I want to ensure that the duplicate
message ID warning appears in the unwanted copy in +inbox.

I see that `nnmail-get-spool-files' process the procmails in an
unsorted manner. I've now removed the `NOSORT' flag from the call to
`directory-mail', so they should be processed in sorted order in Red
Gnus 0.7.
