Gnus v5.4.59 is released

Bug fixes.  Also get the new etc.tar.gz package.

Get it from <URL:http://www.gnus.org/gnus.tar.gz> or 
"ftp.gnus.org:/pub/emacs/gnus/".  The patch is available as
<URL:http://www.gnus.org/patches/gnus-5.4.58-5.4.59.diff.gz>

Is the new etc.tar.gz package available yet?  All I see on
ftp.gnus.org/pub/emacs/gnus is:

Yes, but only from <URL:http://www.ifi.uio.no/~larsi/>.  The only new
things in them are the wide (Japanese) smileys.
