I would like to display the name of the real group of an entry in a summary buffer that belongs to a nnvirtual group.
Is this even possible? I played around all day with all sorts of variables and user defined specifiers - but haven't succeded so far :(

Thanks...

Sure. `(nnvirtual-map-article article)' will return the group name and
article number for the virtual article, and `(mail-header-number
gnus-tmp-header)' will give you the virtual article number.
