Just starting to use nnvirtuals seriously (with new CVS oort). It seems
that if I have set some articles in the "real" nntp newsgroup with '?' mark,
and then new followups show up in the group, but I read the followup in the
nnvirtual containing it, then the parent is not automatically shown. I can
verify that gnus knows the article belongs to the right thread by 'A T',
which shows that the parents are also ticked with '?'. Shouldn't this
behave as it does in the "real" group summary buffer (where the parent shows
up automatically)?

Also, scorign doesn't seem to work with nnvirtuals (or at least, nnvirtual
pretends I don't have scoring turned on, even though I do...).

Thanks,

Strange, but upon restarting, scores and marks work just fine in my
nnvirtual groups. No idea why.

One annoyance, though, is that the virtual group doesn't seem to inherit the
group parameters from its consitituent groups. For example, I have my local
gnu.emacs.gnus group and the news.gnus.org:gnus.ding group both in an
nnvirtual:gnus group. In the "real" gnus.ding group, I have a parameter set
to disable Mail-Copies-To, but in the virtual group I had to add it
explicitly. Is this a bug or a feature? I can see it as a feature, in case
multiple groups have conflicting parameters, but perhaps a warning should go
in the manual.

I think it's a feature, so I've now documented it in the manual.
