* Filtering on invalid domains?

It seems like there have been LOTS of SPAM mails with incorrect
domains in the from line. Would there be possible to write something
that checks the domain (maybe with nslookup or something) and filters /
add an extra header if the domain doesn't exist? I think this would
rule out many domains.
