Pterodactyl Gnus v0.17 is released

Is it my setup or is 0.17 completely broken when it comes to colouring
quoted text?

As for my earlier reports about ntemacs 20.3.1/pgnus 0.16, for 0.17
neither 
	(standard-display-european t)
	(require 'latin-1)
nor 
	(set-language-environment "Latin-1")
can present glyphs in a readable state.

Try starting Emacs with "-q -no-site-file" and just

(set-language-environment "Latin-1")

Then start pgnus, and see what happens.
