What should Gnus do with multipart/related? While testing the new
content-id stuff in Emacs/W3 I sent myself a multipart/related that had a
test HTML document and the lovely jpeg of RMS. Gnus displayed it as:
pretty html

<JPEG HERE>
Is there any way to signal gnus that a certain content-id has been
'consumed' and that it shouldn't display it?

The multipart/related RFC seems to say that a multipart/related-aware
reader should only display the "base" part, and that base part is
supposed to include all the other parts inside of it. So I've made
that change to 0.56.
