Well, the Date header is invalid:

Date: Fri, 11 Feb 2000 23:40:1 +0800

The date parsing functions weren't able to parse this, so we got "the
beginning of time" back as the result, and time began, as we know, in
1970.  Therefore, 30 years ago.
