One thing that's frequently annoyed me is the look of the Newsgroups
and Followup-To headers. I mean, they are just newsgroup names
separated by commas. No spaces, no folding, no nothing -- they just
run on an on over several lines.
Would anybody object if I were to default to running a treatment
function that replaces "," with ", " and runs the thing through
rfc2047-fold-region?

Message strips all white space from these headers before posting, so
it shouldn't affect that.
