Sometimes I score an author highly and months or years later
forget why. So if the scoring functions (eg Iaep (Increase-Author-Exact-Permeant))
prompted for a reason or comment field, and this field was
easily retrievable and browsable, that would be good.

I don't really like commands prompting more than strictly necessary.
I'm easily annoyed.
