GPG messages from Mutt ... howto decrypt

I recieved this mail from a friend.  I tried a little, but was unable
to get these kind of mails auto-decrypt.  Attachements of type
application/pgp-encrypted etc. get done right.  Which variables/stuff
should I look at.

Could you send your private key and your passphrase also, we can't read
the mail you forwarded if we don't have them...

Using Oort Gnus 0.04 seems to be the simplest way to do this.
