In the summary buffer, when I press `K v' (or `b') to view
MIME parts, that command nicely proceeds to the following
parts on repeated usage.
WIBNI `K i' (view MIME part internally, at my machine useful
for viewing e.g. attached shell scripts which `K v' wants to
save to disk) would do the same? I.e. the first time `K i'
is pressed, the first part is displayed internally; the
second time it is pressed, the second part is displayed,
etc...
