Problem with gnus-summary-resend-bounced-mail

I'm having some problems with
gnus-summary-resend-bounced-mail, possibly because Outlook
uses confusing quotations. Anyway, when I do `S D b' on the
attached message, only the last two messages of the message
chain is shown.

Is there a way to fix this?

Check the romfs_meta.txt file in the lib directory in your build tree
(i.e., $(prefix)/lib/romfs_meta.txt). Make sure there is one line that reads:
 
Include: iptables

i dont have the /lib/iptables on the developer board and i have no *MASQUERADE.so file on the developer board...
in the /packages/filesystem/Makefile i have added :
 
$(INSTALL) $(OWN) -d        $(prefix)/lib/iptables     ..................but i dont have the directoy on the developer board
but  if i mak :
$(INSTALL) $(OWN) -d        $(prefix)/test .....................i have the directory "test" on the developer board
or
$(INSTALL) $(OWN) -d        $(prefix)/etc/ppp .......................also i have the directory "etc/ppp" directory on the developer board

Do you have the /lib/iptables directory on the developer board? 
Does it include the libipt_MASQUERADE.so file (as it should)?

i have installed iptables for the developer board
 
on my linux pc i have the directory : ../target/cris-axis-linux-gnu/lib/iptables/
but the content of the directory and the directory itself was made for the developer board - so on the board i have this .../iptables directory...
and when i make the command : 
 
iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o ppp0 -d 193.170.53.213 -j MASQUERADE
 
i got the error : 
 
iptables v1.2.3: Couldn't load target `MASQUERADE':/lib/iptables/libipt_MASQUERADE.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
